I usually go to life labs you can access you results within 24 hours no charge .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Line to get tests done was incredibly long (about 2.5 hrs for walk-ins). Can't really hold it against the staff though as once I got inside they were nice and helpful. Brian was my phlebotomist and I have zero complaints. Personable and made me feel comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutey bad! - I was there for 7:30 am and had to wait over 2 hours- they take people who have an appointment - without considering walk-ins - do not disperse so the fact you can not make an appointment on line - means you are not considered in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff weren't super friendly but they were professional. There was just a short wait so I was in and out fast, even without a scheduled appt. Building has good covid policies in place. I like that they have a screen in the waiting room with patient names so you can see how long your wait will be and how many people are ahead of you. I also like the option to pay the yearly membership fee of $20 (I think that's roughly what it is) to get free access to your lab test results as soon as they are ready through their app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here! I came on a Friday after my doctor's appointment and they were able to do a walk in blood test. Ashley did my blood work and she did a great job making me feel comfortable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's May 31at 3:20pm I went to this lab to get my blood work done. I was so frustrated by the service one lady gave to me. I was crying when I went home - so hurt. She was so rude. I was just explaining the paperwork I have and 1 word from me a thousand words from her with a loud tone. I felt embarrassed. When I was sitting waiting for my turn, she always glance at me and when I put my mask below my mouth for just 3 seconds because I was sweating and my husband called me over the phone, she yelled at me to put my mask on property. Was so frustrating I cried going home. I hope she won't do this again to her patients especially the seniors. Won't recommend her to be in the Frontline.???
