★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously rude. And why are the called a clinic when they don't take anyone who doesn't have a doctor in the building? That's called a doctors office, not a clinic. Woman on the phone was short with her tone and hung up on me after I asked the hours and she very rudely said "you have to have a doctor in the building"
Glad that I didn't bother going there as I can only imagine the service I would get with that attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pay parking system ever. I arrived via motorcycle and I put my card in to enter the lot. While leaving I took my slip and put it in the reader again, it didn't like the piece of paper so I put in my credit card, failure. So I just rode out the back walkway. Forget it ✌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Receptionist who I talked to was demanding that I must have a doctor at the clinic to have virtual calls. Yet I was just trying to book an appointment because my wrist was dislocated. The female who I talked to was quit aggravated and decided to hang up the phone while still in conversation. Worst clinic ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great environment, good experience but you need to do your investigation before just walking in during extended hours. As this is not a regular "walk-in" clinic.
Like most clinics walk in or not you need to call to make sure they have room during the extended hours. A lot of clinics will only see so many patients. Average 7-20 depending on the doctor on call for the night. This clinic also requires that your doctor be a doctor at the clinic.
Also remember that not all clinics have the ability to do scans or exams in off hours. Don't give the staff a hard time, it's not their fault.
The bottom line is call before you go anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't answer calls or return voice mails. Shoppers drug Mart is asking if this clinic has shut down due to no response. Prescriptions running out, doctor on vacation, and clinic gone silent. This clinic is not good, they will kill you rather than help you based on their service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with all the reviews about the terrible reception staff. Not sure if it's multiple rude people or just one, but the attitude they gave me for literally no reason was completely uncalled for as I had a simple question and was kind and polite. This woman should not have a job in health care or customer service.
