K	Kacey Purcell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So here it goes they book me appointment then decides to change the time without my knowledge and call me the day of knowing that I had booked a ride they left message on the voicemail to call back but we all know that it’s a joke because they never answer the phone this clinic is nothing but a joke that should be close down or at least get people that actually know how to pick up a phone like why bother say call us back to confirm when you’re not going to pick when you’re not going to pick up the phone anyway this is frustrating to your patients and you should be aware that things need to start changing this is a ridiculous set up that you have and you guys should be embarrassed of how you operate this clinic I’m very dissatisfied bring back Mary Ellen at least she new how to pick up the phone.

Unfortunately an answer needs to be found for the poor phone answering and long delays getting prescriptions refilled or answers to lab results. I hate to post this and realize things are difficult due to COVID but this demonstrates an almost lack of care and is very frustrating to someone who has concerns and needs. Please petition the VON to find ansers.

There's nothing worse than experiencing this when you are struggling with symptoms, memory, and putting your thoughts together. There were multiple attempts to cut me off, and sighs of exasperation as I struggled to speak to her and get my thoughts together. This is horrible. There should be accountability measures for staff like this who take their frustration out on the clients seeking care.

These nurses go above and beyond for me every single time, even though we are in a pandemic, I have never not been taken care of. Keep up the good work!

There has been a lot of turnover and while still the resources seem strained it's getting better. The poeple that work there remain diligent and caring. End of edit. ************* They never answer the phone. There is no voicemail. This is likely due to short staffing and system that is overwhelmed. This is a bad time to need medical assistance.
