These reviews must be fake bcus i went to the store a few times bcus of rip off for bad phones the guy there never cease to disappoint me i will never recommend anyone to go there I spent 200 dollars for a phone including case n screen protector he told me the phone was brand new but its open box i told him that I didn’t want any use phone and he convince me its not a use phone anyways in less than a week the phone blocked out while charging I took it back he replaced for another and in one day this time a blue line around the edges while charging i went bk to request my money but he refused telling me i drop phone and I would have to pay to fix it I refuse to pay another $ in my twenty adds years having phones never had this issues i even drop my previous phone accidentally and ask he does this not work he telling me its a different phone I guess We all wouldn’t have a phone if it drops i so upset I leave the store he don’t want to give me back my money and wanted me to paid for a phone that use n useless a few weeks later i call the store wanted to know what the position he said to give two weeks and I waited patiently he call me back and I appreciated it he told warrantee is on the phone I could come n choose a phone in the price range fine what i also notices as soon as you purchase a phone he rip off the price isn’t that a scam all the phone have mark up price 399 - 499 old and new and he will sell you an old phone like its new tell u he could give u a good price while u thinking you getting a new phone under less than 200 and end up with a refurbished and took off price instantly so after all is said n done i went there yesterday to collect the phone i had purchased the Samsung A20 which I think is the same price or more as the Samsung A03s he told me he didn’t have it and give me the AO3 core after standing a few mins i saw the A03s pretty little liar and wouldn’t give it to me i then went online best buy n Walmart has the A03 core for 139 n and the A03s 160 open box for less and the guy telling me is 300 $ phone I paid 160 for the Samsung A20 + i gave him bk the screen protector and ntop of he wanted me to pay 30 dollars extra on the A03 core Which is 139 wow Very dissatisfied n disappointed

I lost my phone charger while on the road with my band and Sharma went above and beyond helping me get a new one. Cleaned out my charger hole so the charger fit better and told me a lot of info I didn't know. Gonna bring this man a coffee next time im in Peterborough

I needed a laptop charger in a hurry and the gentleman at the store was super helpful. He gave me directions to the store (because I am from out of town) and made sure the charger worked for my laptop before I took it home. Thanks for saving the day!
