★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have been trying to charge me for a fraud that happened in january and have harrassed me to the point i had to lodge a formal complaint with the CRTC. Spoken to 17 reps and still have not had resolution. Extremely poor customer service which is unfortunate because the staff are always nice and polite. Buyer beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer services, and the "fido extra perks" are a joke. If you dont have pre.auth billing set up you cant enter the only good perk there is.....1 free year of service.
When my contract is up i will be saying goodbye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was approached by a lovely young woman named Jewel to talk about the current promotions and deals at Fido. Im currently on a really good plan with my current carrier but she explained some deals and phones that the rest of my family can get. She was very polite and friendly and I will definitely recommend her to any of my friends or family that would want to get a new phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold us 2 broken phone and now we have to pay over $200 to get them fixed. I called in in the first two weeks and stated buyers remorse but they insisted they could fix the phone as for us. The buyers remorse time ran out and now we are locked into a contract with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to pay w cc, but they cannot offer payment that is not round up so instead of 55 I had to pay 60! Where did the 5 dollars go to? Is that even allowed? Taxes were then based on 60 amount as well of course. It’s seriously a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prepaid phone Sim which costs 55cad, but they ARE NOT ABLE to charge 55, as they only have codes to scan for 50, 10, 20, but not 55, so I was unfortunately in a rush and had to pay 60cad for a plan that is priced at 55. The taxes were charged on 60cad amount as well of course. IS THIS EVEN LEGAL? Price an item for 55 but at the check out they say is it ok if we charge 5 dollars extra just because we never made a bar code we have to scan for 5?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience with the staff at this location (Keith and Marissa) Their patience and problem solving skills were exemplary in trouble shooting problems with my device and getting things sorted and fixed, i think they should get a raise for their diligence and hard work . 10/10 would go again
