★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After visiting my mobile provider who suggested I upgrade my phone since it wasn't working, I went to Mobile Klinik. H K was working and within a minute, he had it fixed for me. Very quick and courteous service! .....and I saved $ by not having to upgrade until my contract is up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a replacement battery for my Samsung phone here last month. I went back with concerns today, 5 wks later. It was great to speak to the same knowledgeable person (H.K.) who originally did the work, and have a straightforward conversation I can trust.
Unfortunately cellphone sellers and service in Canada have a reputation for casuistry, that is, half truths from employees paid to give scripted answers that keep customers in the dark – no more reliable than advertising. If you can't trust paid employees, why even ask. My allegiance has shifted here from other mobile service places. Employee H.K. was great. I am grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went to the mall after dropping his phone (May 11th, 2022) in the evening. The girls at the Koodo store recommended that he try to get it fixed at the mobile klinik. He was greated by a friendly and helpful man. The man went right to work fixing the phone. The man explained everything and fixed the phone quickly. My husband was very happy with the service he received and was happy he didn't have to pay 600+ for a new phone. Even though we got there less then 2 hours before the mall closed, the man still took the time to fix it which we were very appreciative of, as we came from out of town. Sorry we can't remember your name but thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in here today with a sim card and charger port issue. Told me to come back in 1.5 hours. I left, but returned ten minutes later to inform them no to do anything major, without asking me first. She said, just wait I am almost done. It was a minor issue and in no time I was on my way. Very impressed with this business so far.

He was extremely nice and helpful and helped me with purchasing my new phone he also sold me a screen protector and even took the extra step to help me change my plan because he realized I was overpaying for my current one. I left with a new phone and the same plan without an add on charge and got extra data at no charge. All in all Eric was a great guy and made my time at the store extremely pleasant by going the extra step.
