O	Owais H. Pillai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place. Never ever go there! I gave a jacket for a dry clean, and I specified not to wash the hood. He said it'd cost around $18.50. I went back after a week to collect it, and the bill was $31.50. Because I was in a hurry, I paid the bill and went back in 2 days to discuss the issue. I asked him why I've been overcharged, and he said it's because the hood had to be washed in a different machine. I mentioned again that I didn't need the hood to be cleaned, and he says he can't direct a machine to only wash the bottom half of a jacket. Which means the entire jacket was washed in the same machine. I asked him why have I been charged twice if the entire jacket was washed in the same machine, and he says if I take this to a judge, he'd win. I said ok, and asked for a refund, and he gives me $5 back. The jacket was still dirty and II showed it to him, and he replied "never come back to the store". He stole my money!

He didn't listen to me when I told him the curtain zips into the next one and put a heavy uncompatible one in. When I went to pick it up I brought another curtain to make sure it was going to work. It didn't. The man was very rude and told me this was my fault.....that he does good work and I failed to explain things better . Then he said he would replace the Zipper again but was going to charge me "some" of the cost he had incurred with the first zipper. I went back in with my bill and the exact amount owing. He accepted it but WOW! This guy is so rude.

Took forever whether it was trying to get his attention at the counter to how long it took to fix. Fortunately I had no plans to continue to wear the sweater I had him fix, I only needed it repaired for sentimental value. The quality was okay I guess.. but it looks "better" so that's the important thing.
