Wasnt broken just whickedly bent! No charge! Picking up hubbies wedding ring tomorrow, had it resized! Putting my diamond back into place with new claws. $90 for both jobs! You guys rock!!! Huggiez! Needs work so l left it and will update when lt's done. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. Watch means a lot to me so lm really excited to see it. Since it cost over $225 in 1979 l thought it would be worth cleaning it up. Stay tuned.........? just got my watch back fixed with a new strap. Had new hands put on and a new battery. The price was less than l expected and am happy to have my favorite watch back. Great little shop! Have lots of nice watches for sale. Worth a look for sure.PLEASE support our local businesses!!!! If you can, get your vaccine and start living again, we deserve it!! ???

I live in Cobourg now but still visit when I need watch batteries changed or to have a banged up ring re-rounded. Tomorrow they will cut off a ring. It appears the arthritis has moved into my hands! Great place, friendly people and amazing service!

They fixed my dad‘s bracelet for me when it was done it looked like new. Link was broker on it and it looked very worn down and you could barley see what it said ?

Brought my prized Nomos Glashutte in for repairs but was feeling like I needed a backup watch and reviewed a few options in a nicely curated personal shopping experience. After doing some research at home I settled on this really nice Canadian brand, called Momentum. Went back today to acquire and was surprised at the cash that it was 20% off for black Friday! The guy said they got a supplier email and decided to honour the discount. Also, Bob's extends the warranty on this brand to 3 years and they do the repairs in house. Nice experience overall!
