★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife brought her engagement ring in for a matching wedding ring design. They said it would be 2 weeks to quote and design a concept. It took 7 weeks just to get the concept design. Took another 2 weeks to make the band, but they forgot all of the engravings. After the wedding, we brought the wedding band back for the forgotten engravings, they estimated 2 weeks, it took six... My recomendation is to stay far, far away. Terrible experience and customer service.
