★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't shop here for anything wedding related unless you want your day ruined. Despite having the ring in hand for several weeks the store neglected to send out my wife's wedding ring for sizing until the last minute. They missed the expected return date by a week and I didn't have a ring to put on my wife's finger at our wedding. She was laughed at when she asked if they could loan or rent a ring for the wedding day. Not all of the sales people lack a heart but you're better off using a business who cares about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my new engagement ring sized and the lady gave me a receipt with the price. Shows a real lack of professionalism on her part when it was clearly an engagement gift. Also the re-sizing took 4 weeks longer than they had promised my fiancé literally that same week… most likely just to get the sale. Won’t be buying wedding rings here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who took care of my warranty literally just washed my ring. Every other People's I've been at, they actually check the diamonds one by one and then cleans it. I was even told I didn't need my papers and just say I'm in the iPad for the warranty and she told me that's not for warranty but once again, it works in North Bay and in Thunder Bay. Not satisfied at all with the service this lady gives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't introduce herself, no name tag so don't know her name, but probably the worst sales rep I've ever had to deal with. Older lady with blonde hair. Literally did everything possible so that I wouldn't buy earrings that I had already told her I was wanting to purchase, walked away from me after asking if I needed help to go continue her task on the computer never checked in to see if I needed help afterwards. The moment I mentioned another sales rep who had helped my fiancée the day before because we were told there was an upcoming sale, this one became immediately uninterested and resistant into helping me. Felt like my customer experience didn't matter to her in the slightest. Simply brushed me off. Extremely thoughtless and careless service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good . I ordered an engagement ring a week ago and for some reason no one knows why at all or Who but the order was canceled and money refunded. When I went no on knew what happened. When I called customer service after an hour on the phone still no idea Who canceled the order. I am extremely upset and Want answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sure! Come on in and spend thousands of dollars on wedding and engagement rings. Sure we will take your money. Won't give you your property though. No. We are going to make you wait and waste your time just to tell you that you can't get what you paid for. But the week prior we will hand over one of your paid for rings without issue, then turn around and waste your time after paying in full. Unsure what kind of backwards store policies are being run there but it makes no sense that my wife can pick up my engagement ring without hassle, but when I attempt to do the same I am told no, need paperwork and since it is under her name you can't claim what is yours. Funny double standard. Also thanks for the attitude from who was on staff today, just what the doctor ordered after having your time wasted and being disrespected. Anyone who reads this, take it from someone who has been there: SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.
