Gerry is super fast with his response time and keeps you abreast of each step in the process. We will be using him again for the anniversary band next year and will always refer him to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry!!
My ring is a size 9, 14 kt white gold with a 1.80 Moissanite stone (equivalent to a 2 carat diamond) We are super pleased with it and are happy Gerry was a part of our journey!!

I do have a beautiful 5-stone 2tcw hearts & arrow ideal cut anniversary ring, so it’s not like I didn’t know what an ideal cut diamond looks like. When I decided on moissanite, it was through a lot of extensive research.
I found Gerry the Jeweler through a search then I went onto research him from reviews from various sites. Everything added up and I contacted him. He answered emails promptly and thoroughly. He impressed me with his professionalism and I went ahead and ordered my ring. I wanted something unique so I got an Asscher cut moissanite and the ring is even better looking in person.
I do a lot of online shopping and I rarely have problems, but when I do, the most important thing is how the company handles it. There was a little mix-up with the FedEx shipping but Gerry looked into it right away and resolved it. He compensated me for the trouble without me even having to ask. I will definitely purchase from him again, and supporting a small Canadian business is a bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerry is a lifesaver!! I at first used a different supplier for my stone that was in close (I live near Boston, Massachusetts). After a month and a half, two orders and two returns, I was very disappointed. I reached out to Gerry late Friday night after honestly giving up on getting the stone I wanted. By Monday morning I got exactly what I was looking for!! Not only did I get what I wanted for much less, but Gerry was amazing with emailing me and keeping me up to date with the progress. He even checked up on my satisfaction as soon as I received the stone, and not in those generic emails we all get from companies. I seldom write reviews but I am truly grateful for Gerry and the quick turnaround.

Highly recommend at least getting in contact with him to discuss what you're looking for, even if you don't end up working with him in the end his knowledge is very helpful. Incredibly fast response rates too, can't say enough good things!

I really appreciated the personal touch he added and the professionalism. Even 7 months after my purchase I wanted to purchase the wedding band. Again I contacted Gerry and within a day he replied and helped me.
If you're looking for a business that takes pride in their work and has great customer service look no further. I was extremely happy with my purchase and I was really surprised by the customer service. I have personally never experienced great customer service like this, I mean great. I would even say that it is top tier. I will definitely recommend Gerry to my friends and family and to anyone asking for an expert jeweler.

I was a little hesitant at first to do an order because I couldn't find to much on his website to legitimize it, but I decided to take the chance and make the order and honestly, this was one of my best experiences ordering online, and I do ALOT of online ordering. The ring came in about 12 business days after placing the order, and I couldn't be happier with the ring itself! It looks beautiful and the material is great quality! I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Gerry! Thank you very much Gerry!
