★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hilo Silver has been my go to spot for gifts and gems for myself for years now. The ladies behind the biz are always so helpful, welcoming and lovely. The selections are awesome and they carry awesome local and Canadian designers.
I ordered a gift for my mom online because I live it of town now (and covid) and in the special comments asked that it be delivered before Mother’s Day and with a personal note. I got a message the next day from the girls saying it would be delivered that day. Amazing customer service as always. Thank you for going above and beyond and being amazing at what you do! ❤️

The staff are always friendly, and can tell you an amazing story behind each piece. The selection is beautiful and diverse, I can find a gift for anyone here.

Loved that there was an option for free local delivery, and I left a note asking if they could write a message in the card I bought. Not only did they add my message, they wrapped the gift for me! Always a pleasure shopping at hi ho silver!
