The owner, Tim, has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a local business anywhere. The store’s selection is amazing, with plenty of new and old stuff of all sorts of genres. I sort of pre-ordered a record from him and it came in fast and he was very understanding about me not being able to come in to get them until a few days after they arrived. On top of all of this, I’ve gotten fully packed boxes of older, less popular vinyls that have been on display in the store from him, all entirely free, and even if some of them aren’t the best quality for playing, they’re good for decorating my walls and such. All in all, this is the best record store I’ve ever been to, and I’d recommend it to anyone who’s interested in buying this kind of product in the Peterborough/Kawartha Lakes area

Although as a newer person into this scene, this store can be overwhelming for the amount of records in there, but I enjoyed it all the same. Will shop there again.

He insulted me saying I have no money Even though I work 5 days a week. I will not shop from this shop anymore! I'm buying a brand new Record player. I will shop for records at different stores. He is not the only Record store in Peterborough Ont. Politeness and quality customer service goes a long way. Obviously he does not have any respect for customers! That have shopped for 25 years!
