Because of covid you can't try clothes on there now. So you have to do it at home. I was told I would get a store credit if the item didn't fit. Now i'm told no you have to do an exchange of an item only. I will not be shopping at Value Village anymore!!!

Fairly good selection of odds and ends, not much in the way of electronics like wires or adaptors though, Not really any furnishings but also a lot of clothing to look through,

Store is cleaned and organized, I feel like the value aspect of all the locations has gone the way of the Dodo bird. Certian items seem to be priced at retail prices.....for used, donated items..... not the same store I remember going to in my youth.

I love this particular store. Better quality clothing, a lot of name brand and variety. The employees have always been very helpful and friendly.

This is an outstanding store with incredible deals IF you are willing to look. People complaining about prices need to realize that not EVERYTHING will be a great deal every day...it's a store, not a catalogue. You have to shop and be patient. I've bought ALL kinds of things there: a perfect sewing machine for $20, insulated Nomex fire suit in new condition for $20, Canadian Army extreme cold weather parka for $18, Badger airbrush and compressor for $25, near new military boots for $25, model airplanes, books, blue jeans, hats.

Ok...when did all of these prices go up? They pay 0 for all their inventory, I know the staff are not well paid...so how can they justify 10 bucks for a similar summer hat that I saw new at giant tiger for 8 bucks... Please explain....
