★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently in the Charm store in Peterborough looking for a particular bracelet for our grandaughter who is turning 16 years old. I had found a bracelet online on the Charm website and was hoping the Peterborough store would also carry it. I went into the ptbo store and the sales associate Cindy told me the unfortunately their store did not carry the bracelet. She did a search for me and was able to locate the last one available in Ontario! She immediately contacted that store and spoke to an associate who is shipping the bracelet to Peteboough. Cindy went above and beyond for me...she demonstrated excellent customer service. I would recommend Charm Jewelry to my friends and family if all of their sales associates are as accommodating and friendly as Cindy was to me. This was my first shopping experience in Charn and will definitely go back. Thank you Cindy..you will be making a 16 year old very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in to look for a birthday gift for my wife. Brian Miller the manager introduced himself and then left me to browse with no pressure which I really appreciate. It was kind of refreshing to not be followed or pressured. I managed t find a ring that caught my attention and Brian was very knowledgeable about the product. I ended up buying the ring and want to thank Brian for all his help.
