★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee, who I’m assuming is some form of manager, Laurie was very rude. She yelled at my daughter who simply said ouch when she pierced her ears. If that wasn’t enough she up charged because of my daughter crying. I also heard her forcing her workers to work more hours with no notice or she would threaten terminating their jobs. I feel for the employees at that store but if she is working or managing I will not be going in. I have also emailed the company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They refused to do my daughters ears because she was 2 days short of three months, EVEN Though she has had her shots and I have the records?? What's the difference in 2 days???
I just drove 25 mins to get there and that's the service I get.. So much for supporting local.
So sorry to inconvenience you with your job.
