R	Riley Parkes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this salon for many years, I've had okay experiences, but my latest experience will definitely be my last. A few months ago I got a haircut that I actually like, it was a pixie/mohawk style, this week I went back to get the same hairstyle but not with the same stylist and they butchered it: both sides of my head were uneven, the stylist cut my bangs too short and don't even get me started on the back. Next time I get a haircut, I am not coming back to this place.

Despite the nice appearance, the salon has missing and rotting ceiling tiles and many employees walking around doing nothing distracting the hair stylist. In terms of my haircut, the person who cut it did NOT listen to what I wanted and appeared to do her own thing... my hair is a lot shorter than what I asked for. She was rough and barely cleaned off the hair on my face. Like I said, this wasn't my first time here, I had a pleasant other experiences but my last two experiences were not ideal. I will definitely not be coming back here again

As soon as she started cutting my hair I knew something was up, I asked her to taper my hair and she didn't know how to do it. She wouldn't show the back of my head to me and I had to ask for the hand mirror. The girl with the red and black hair is bomb at cutting though.

I had a pretty good experience and actually had a conversation with the person cutting my hair she cut EXACTLY the amount I asked for.

Very professional and best hilites I've ever had. Did I mention that I love my hair now? Thanks Maria, we will be back and it is worth the drive from Oshawa.

It's not the first time I've come here for that, but it was the first time I've had that particular stylist. I don't know how you mess up something so basic, but it happened. When she asked if I was okay with product, I said "a little bit," as it hadn't been an issue with other stylists here before. Midway through the blow dry she started looking on a product cart for dry shampoo, and I thought I heard her say something about rewashing my hair. (?!) It really should have been my first indication that something was wrong. At the end of the appointment she mentioned brushing my hair that night to distribute the product through it. I still didn't think much of it because my hair is very long and I always brush it out before bed. It wasn't until I left and tried to put my hair into a ponytail that I realized how disgusting it was. It truly felt dirtier than when I came in, and it was impossible to brush through or style. I washed it first thing toda I really think the stylist realized she'd made a mistake and never spoke up or apologized, and she was incredibly rough when brushing/drying. Not professional, not worth the cost.

The hairstylist herself did a great job but the owner (white haired unfriendly man ) was who rang us thru did not give us the discount. When I asked about the student discount he said yes but never gave the discount - when I questioned him he said no because they had to account for long hair - literally it was just a trim and left merely a tablespoon of hair in the ground!
S	Sharon Hemelryk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in desperately needing a cut. Last one being pre covid in the fall of 2019. The hairdresser did an amazing job and was extremely patient with the mess of locks I presented her with. The cut is outstanding and one of the best I’ve had since the 80’s.
