★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a Regular customer at this hair salon for several years - the girls are all professional - friendly & accommodating. The shop is always clean - floor always swept. Although I have never used the services of anyone else - Kylie is my go-to girl. She knows what I like & does it - Thanks a bunch Kylie ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after waiting a while i was called on, when she first started cutting my hair i noticed she wasn’t very attentive to me and she was focusing more on her coworkers and listening in on their conversations, not cutting me hair. after about 10 minutes she asks if i wanted to keep the front longer and i said i would like it even, she then goes on a tangent saying that she doesn’t like “perfect cookie cutter hair” and that rather she likes hair to be “uneven, longer on one side and shorter on the other”. after that she thins my hair (while still looking at her coworkers very, very often) wipes the hair off my neck and pulls the blanket off. a total of 15 minutes for my haircut, mind you i have A LOT of hair and it’s very thick, she didn’t dry my hair or anything, didn’t show me the back of my neck, nothing. i get in my car and notice that i’m literally still dripping because of how wet my hair still was. i get home and shower and try to fix the mess that my hair was and find out that LITERALLY none of it is even, she styled it to how SHE wanted, and not what I wanted. she rushed me out and left my hair half unfinished and looking attrocious.
