Approached the situation unprofessional & rude. Do not take your children here. Need a better management team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband took our 5 year old here to get a haircut it was 6:40 and the lady flat out said they were closed and wouldn't do it. The sign in the window was clearly lit up and the sign said they closed at 7pm. The lady argued that it was past quarter to and my phone runs of the internet and it was only 20 to. Not great service at all will NOT be coming back. It doesn't not take 20 mins to cut his hair he gets it done every other month. Bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the online waiting list feature and the space is very open and clean. I have had the same hairdresser twice in a row who doesn’t 100% listen to my request. Last time I asked specifically to keep the length in the front and cut the back and she basically just cut the way she wanted. It doesn’t look bad, but also wasn’t what I asked for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the convenience of great clips. With my life I can’t plan a haircut in advance. Great clips is always available, they gave my info from the last cut on file and they’re inexpensive. If you need a basic cut without the frills… great cut is for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good staff and they are very knowledgeable. Eight chairs available but mostly staff is around 4 or 5 people so You will mostly find wait times so better do the online check-in to save time.
Also check for coupons as they save some money on top which you can tip the hair dressers.
