★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been there several different times over 5 years. Through this time, different stylists have cut my hair when it was long, shoulder length, and pixie length. I have been happy every time. I would say that they are very reliable. Recently, I went to see a stylist named Emily who fixed a botched haircut and colour that was just done at a different place (Tonic Hair Studios). She was excellent and very professional while still friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ali is an AMAZING colourist! One of the most knowledgeable people I have come across in the industry. She is extremely CONSIDERATE in taking the time to explain the process. She is also very good at knowing what products you need in order to maintain healthy hair. It's unfortunate that one of her co-workers had to behave in an unprofessional manner, making me feel very uncomfortable ?
Thankfully Ali was so AWESOME!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I consistently get a good hair cut here. It is on the expensive side, but worth it if you're getting anything complicated done. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I liked it better when they didn't all have to wear black though. It makes me feel like I'm getting my hair done in a funeral home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken my little one to many places for a haircut in Peterborough over the past few years, and I must say that we have finally found a hairstylist.
Marilyn was amazing. Not only with dealing with a 6 year old, but very gentle, calm, welcoming and just an absolute delight. She gave my little one a gorgeous hair cut and style.
Thank you so much Marilyn. We will be back for sure.

There was a worker from Chatters in Hallmark on Wednesday March 23rd and I was thinking about going to Chatters to get a consultation and then my hair done. One of your workers was in there talking to the cashiers disgustingly about people who choose not to wear a mask (I myself choose not to). Right now the choice is up to each person and your worker was disgusting and petty. Any friends or family I know that go there I’ve told and they’ve decided not to go there anymore.

I have been looking for My Stylist for 4yrs now....I found her...I share her with all of you who would be lucky to be in her chair. Bless your hands Christine...your awesome.
