I ordered a $26 disco light for my daughter for Christmas. They shipped it to my OLD address that I haven't lived for 6 years. When I called to see what happened they said I need to update my address, I did and then did it again at that time but the system reverted back to my OLD address, she told me there was a system problem. They contacted the shipper who has told me that I need to go retrieve it myself because they shipped to address on the system even though the customer service rep and myself stated there was a system problem. I am now out the money and the item and they will not make it right. Unbelievable. I will NEVER shop here again.

Today we were assisted by Nate who was very knowledgeable and super friendly. We were looking to buy a tv and thankfully Nate passed by us when we needed help. He made our purchase very exciting, fun and helpful! The staff were great and that makes the difference when purchasing any item. Thanks all!

Used to enjoy going to best buy, but will never shop at one of their stores or purchase anything online from them again. Worst online and phone customer service by far. Every time you talk to them all they do is tell you to wait 48 hours. Even if you're on hours 140, just wait another 48 hours. Then they get board of telling you 48 hours and jack it up to 7 business days. One agent will say your refund will be issued, just wait (you guessed it) 48 hrs. Then you'll call in 58 hrs later to be told the previous agent misinformed you and please wait 48hrs or 7 business days, which ever one they feel like using that day. We'll 360 hours later I'm now told to wait up to 15 business days, that's right, best buy brought their A game on wait times now. Even I didn't see the 15 business days coming, which equals out to a total of 20 days. Almost a whole month on my last chat with them. Basically total tally of purchase to refund is going to be over a month,and here is the kicker; I never even touched the product. I vote that Best Buy get the award for worst customer service in the history of customer service. Basically, stick with Amazon for online orders

Ordered online for store pickup. The email we received stated if the item in not picked up, the order is automatically cancelled and your credit card is not charged. Liars! We did not pick up but the card was charged. Despite numerous attempts to straighten this out and get a refund, it still remains unresolved. They will not let you talk to a supervisor, but are told someone will call within 24 hours. It has been a week now! Watch out people! I give them a rate of zero!

I had an issue with earbuds I had bought at a local Shopper’s Drug Mart store. Don’t buy electronics from Shopper’s Drug Mart because you can’t return them if they don’t work. Johal at Best Buy was wonderful. He checked out my earbuds and deemed them non functional. I bought a new pair at Best Buy. He set them up for me and assured me that I could return them if there was a problem. I will always go back to Best Buy for electronic needs.

This review is more for the online help this store offers, want to speak to someone at the store? nonono think again you must talk to robot then speak to someone thats not even in the same region as you that has no idea what your talking about :) If you order something online just know its gonna take 2 extra days just for someone to open that order and pick it.

So, I get it that Best Buy’s policy is that the person picking up an expensive ordered item needs to show the receipt, the email notification of shipment, and ID. However, I went to pick a laptop that my wife had ordered with all of the above documentation and they wouldn’t let me take it because we have a different last name!!!!! Same address. The email to her forwarded to me. I had the receipt. My wife said she even told them when she ordered that I would probably be picking it up. Nobody said anything. I offered for them to call her for verification, but no. Can’t do that they said. My wife works all day. I’m semi-retired so I have time to run errands during the day. Nobody at Best Buy offered a solution. They just hid behind their policy and didn’t even think through the logic of me having all this information or being able to verify my identity. I was so totally annoyed with them that I walked out. They said maybe a manager could help, but by then I was too steamed up to deal with that. Avoid Brst Buy Peterborough if you can.

I had to return an item today (Dec 29). The parking lot was busy so I expected a line up. I was second in line at customer service and an associate came to help me. I think his name is Dallin. I returned my item, went to the check out, and purchased a gift card in less than 7 minutes. Thanks Best Buy for your excellent customer service.
