★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl in the change room (Chantelle or Shae maybe? I can't remember her name!) was super helpful with getting me properly sized for a bra. She went out of her way to make sure the sizing was correct even though she had to walk me through measuring myself instead of the usual way they measure you, due to COVID precautions. She suggested a good fit for my body, and I left with bras that actually fit properly and are super comfortable. The other girls there were also very friendly at the door and the cash :)

When contacted the customer service regarding this issue, it was forwarded to 5 different people and the 5th agent asked me the same question the first one asked that I already answered all 4 of them. They contact me faster, when I am buying something.but if there is any issues with the product I bought, They take weeks to contact me. Never buying anymore from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff will go out of their way to hurt you. Never have I been injured shopping in a retail store by staff before. She opened the drawer full speed into the side of my knee. Didn't even apologize. Told the manager their staff should be more careful and I got an arrogant apology. No help what so ever. Thanks for ruining my day!
