★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service is atrocious!! ordered a new phone back case on Oct.30..was told a week..7weeks later I go in for my deposit back because they didn't even call me to update delivery.. cant do that.employee not authorized for refunds. .go back again a week later to try to get refund again.. oh its here.No phone call.. I drop phone off at 10am..told them I needed it by 4pm for work..np he says..1/2 hr job..get there at 4..havent even started it!! IPTV been down ALL weekend too..no one answering phone. mailbox full. Employees are COMPLETELY uninterested & don't care! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy fixed my phone front and back and had it ready for me to pick in an hour! I went in and showed him a few days before and because I could still use it, so he got the parts super fast because I really needed my cell for work. It would have cost me $300+ to get it fixed and have to use a loaner phone through my cell company, but this guy saved me a huge chunk of money and time.
Amazing. So thankful.
Will have my business faithfully every time.
Highly recommended.

The gentleman has helped us twice when we took the phone in because it wouldn't charge. He cleaned it out and it works perfect again!
He is quick, efficient and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I brought my cell phone in to have the glass repaired. They did not have it in stock and required $150.00 deposit to order the glass. I was unable to get back to the store for a few months, because of family issues, and I do not live in the area. When I did finally get there, they had the glass in for me, and I was to come back in 1 hour. I came back and the salesperson said that the glass was defective and I would need to come back in a few days. 5 days later I returned to the store, and the glass had still not arrived. I was told to come back in a few days, which I did. Each time, driving 1/2 hour from where I live. The glass was still not available. I asked for my deposit back and would go elsewhere, and I was met with a very condescending attitude, saying well...I had not showed up at the store for a few months, which was a mute point, because the glass was indeed there. I was then told that I would not get a refund. I left the store, and a week later, decided to call first before heading there to make sure the glass had arrived. It was 10:30am in the morning and I left a voice message, asking to call me back if the glass was there. It is now the next day, and no phone call. The customer service and follow up is terrible and the attitude of the salesperson was terrible, and I still have not received my $150.00 refund! They may fix cell phones great, but customer service is terrible, and essentially I have now been robbed of $150.00
