★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesperson Leadia was friendly and helpful from the time she answered my initial email right through our in store visit. The store is well laid out and has a really good selection of furniture and home decor for most tastes. Prices are very reasonable for the high quality items they sell.The guys who delivered (and set up!) Our new sectional and coffee tables were friendly and professional.
Would give 5 stars but parking was a nightmare to find. I recommend you absolutely check KOW first when furniture shopping.

They were polite, courtious, and made sure every thing was done to help ensure I could just relax and enjoy. Never have I encountered two such wonderful (delivery) people. Also the couch is perfect. First time buying at the store and I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store! My husband and I wanted to update our large sectional to something a little bit more versatile.
The Knock on Wood staff were professional, helpful, and lovely to deal with. From brand knowledge, style choice, fabric choice, and to delivery we are so happy with our Brentwood Loveseat and Sofa.
Also the delivery team was super helpful with taking the largest piece of our sectional downstairs and setting up our new pieces.
It was an amazing early 30th birthday gift to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience from start to finish. Dennise helped us pull together a dining set that matches our current decor perfectly including a new art piece. Delivery was same day and the delivery guys we so thoughtful and helpful. We said they could keep their shoes on but the refused. They even put felt pads on the table and cabinet. Unfortunately we forgot their names.
