We had the good fortune of having Susan Hogbin as our sales agent. Susan is a consummate designer, and shared her experience and knowledge in putting together a room of furniture with us constantly through the process. She is never overpowering and always professional. Thank you Susan for guiding us smoothly through the many purchases we made at Bennetts!

I was hoping for more contemporary styles, but found what I looked for was dependable. Staff was around and greeted us nice without any pressure. Worth another look!

The initial claims process felt slow at first. However, after speaking with a manager, two installers came over to fix the issues. The installers were focused on their job and did amazing to install our new bed. We are truly happy and would like to thank Bennett's for taking good care of us. We would shop at Bennett's again.

We dealt with a particularly competent and lovely saleslady, Susan H. She was super patient and helpful and very accommodating. We had to wait quite a while for our order to be complete (about 8 months) but when it was delivered it was even better than we had imagined. We have had three separate deliveries from Bennett's and their deliverymen were all excellent. Very professional and pleasant. Dealing with Bennett's has been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Susan especially made it very rewarding and pleasant Jay & John Wilson

Jaclyn spent a lot of time with me choosing what I wanted and kept me informed on delivery dates and any potential delays. Furniture looks great and is of high quality. Highly recommend the store and Jaclyn in particular.

We are so pleased with the furnishings that we purchased and, indeed, the entire experience. Exceptional Customer Service was evident throughout the entire process. We utilized the Consultation Service and had Dustin McCoy and Janelle Downey come to our home to assist us in designing our spaces and choosing furnishings. The home visit was so reassuring; we did not have to worry that we had described something wrong .... Dustin and Janelle had the opportunity to see the spaces themselves. Dustin was great to keep us up-to-date with anticipated delivery dates. The delivery Teams (Matt and Kyle plus 3 others) that we had at the house were amazing: pleasant, careful, and professional. I asked to return it and buy a different lower chair and after some small discussion the manager agreed. My whole house is full of Bennetts furniture and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Bennetts!

The day before delivery, I received an automated message giving a 3 hour delivery window, then they called when they were on their way. Delivery folks very friendly, efficient, clean, respectful. i am so happy I went “window shopping”. :)
