★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this store because i bought 4 new rims for here and 1 was bent they knew about it and just let me find out. Then they gave me the wrong replacement. So overall not good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased rims for my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu and nuts and the tool they said i needed .the nuts were wrong and i didn't need the tool. I had to order the right lug nuts so i thought so i went to get my winter tires put on and half the lug nuts were the wrong size. Had to pay twice to get my winter tires on terrible customer service all from the Go Shop they couldn't care a less

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Sold us a part for our car for $100 that then didn't fit our car. When we went to return the part we were given some BS excuse about "professional service charges" and only refunded for $82. Extremely disappointed and will not be going back. Would recommend going somewhere else unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

Brian ordered the wrong size rims and promised to look after it and gave me different rims than I originally bought altogether........also had to pay the 2nd place and chase after him for the 2nd tire mounting fees........if you want to be inconvienced and ripped off The Go Shop is your place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Slow Shop. This place is an absolute joke. Brian hasn't been in touch with car culture or reality since the first Fast and Furious movie was in theatres. It doesn't look like he has sold a single thing since then either. Without exaggeration he has kept the same stock in there for 15 years. It legitimately looks more like a garage sale than a speed shop, complete with old boxes covered in dust and stains and an old man barking stupid prices at you. All he does nowadays is order from Keystone and put a 50% mark up on it. That means he orders from the same supplier as anywhere else but marks it up twice as much. He is consistently wrong about things and gives TERRIBLE info to other customers when I'm in there. I wouldn't trust him to make a coffee right let alone order a set of rims with the right bolt pattern or offset. Avoid at all costs and just order parts from Summit or Amazon yourself. Go to Performance Improvements if you want a halfway reputable speed shop.

All at a price l couldn't beat on line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place but Brian tries extremely hard to talk you out of what you wana do with your build and tries hard to convince you what he thinks you should do .... been there a couple times now with a game plan and both times he has steered me out the door to spend my money elsewhere ! Honestly a great guy willing to help but needs to listen to his customers a little more on what they want ....
