★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased the Carter Sectional, the quality is terrible. The mechanism they've designed to fit the different components together makes it impossible to fit the different pieces together. I contacted Brick for support who said 1. that this was a known issue and 2. that they would send a technician to my home to fix the couch (design flaw). However, the contact information they sent me to schedule the service date is for an inept third party company. I managed to get threw their barely functioning automated machine and speak with someone. They told me I was speaking with the appliance section, but would connect me with the furniture department. I waited on hold for 30min only to speak with someone who said they only repair appliances and don't service furniture... slow clap

Kim was fantastic to deal with, she took the time to ask us the right questions to understand our needs and offered her professional opinion. Would recommend Kim and the Brick every time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to The Brick, in Peterborough, on Sunday. We were greeted warmly by Mary-Jo. She asked if we were looking for something in particular, we were and she said she had 2 options. She showed us both of them. We chatted about our options, she was so easy to talk to...just like a friend. We decided on the one sectional. We told her we wanted to look around the store. We spent some time looking and Mary-Jo let us be, she didn't hover over us .
It turns out the sectional we wanted was in stock (shocked) and she said it would be delivered Wednesday.
On Tuesday we receive a phone call, email and text message to confirm the delivery for the next day.
Wednesday the sectional was delivered just as promised.
We are very happy with the service we received from Mary-Jo and the delivery crew from The Brick. We would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend them.

She asked the right questions and made sure we were satisfied and aware of the different brands, prices and purchasing details. I highly recommend coming to this Brick if you are looking for a welcoming and satisfying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I recently bought appliances here. Adam was the young man who helped us out, he was relatively new but very helpful. He already has a good understanding of customer service and product but anything he didn't know yet, he was honest about and went to find out. I would deal with Adam again, he was great. Appliances so far are great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ****** updated review Feb 18/22 ****** Went in search of a new basic stove/oven. Having searched the website, I had an idea in mind of what I'd like. I was helped by a gentleman named Paul, who was attentive without being overbearing. Paul was very respectful of the choice I had made, and did not push towards something I had no interest in. Paul advised that particular model was out of stock but said I could likely have it by Sunday, much to my delight, it was delivered today(Friday). I'd like to add that the delivery service was also very professional. I would definitely recommend this location and Paul. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to The Brick today looking for a new mattress, bed frame and pillows etc. I walked in and tried my best to look at everything the store had to offer but I quickly became a bit overwhelmed. There was so much to choose from and so many floor models to look at. Right around that time I was greeted by a wonderful lady name Mary. Mary quickly introduced herself and greeted me with a smile. I told Mary what I was looking for and that my budget was not as high I would like it to be. Mary assured me that she would get me sorted and not to worry. She showed me all of the hidden gems that this location had to offer and helped me put together an amazing bed set.
To put things into perspective I had the budget for a old beat up Honda and Mary got me a Lamborghini for the price of an old beat up Honda.
Mary you are a superhero. I can imagine you walking into a room with doves soaring over your head. You mentioned that you have worked with The Brick for over 18 years and I am willing to bet money on it that they would love to have you for at least another 18 years.
Your personality and attention to detail is an asset to any company.
