★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a couch and the pillows were sagging after a few hours and the fabric was rippling as if the cushion covers were too big the foam. Never had issues before at this store. Very disappointing, thank goodness I didn't buy the chair to match!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really Disappointed in Leon's. Ordered 2 chairs August 21, 2021 and finally arrived January 8th 2022.
After picking them up from the warehouse and bringing them home to find both chairs were damaged. Both had broken legs and the wrong colour.
Called loans and they gave me 3 options.
Repair them.
Exchange for something else
Or return them but loose 25% restocking fee.
Decided to have them repaired because they didn't have anything we liked. It's been an additional 6 weeks and nobody has come to repair them yet.
Feel like I'm being brushed off and put to aside because they already have my money.
Can't speck for other loans stores but do not recommend the Peterborough location.
Poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased many times from this location and have always had great success looking for things that I have wanted or needed. However today I was greatly disappointed from the moment I walked in the door. If you want to be greeted by a person who is demanding this is your store. My husband was finishing up a work call and this young woman would not stop. We continued to walk away from her because she literally would not stop with her demanding questions she went over to a work station where other employees were working on a computer and proceeded to mock us to the other employees. I could clearly hear her and she was making insulting faces as she mimicked us. Seeing as both my husband work with the public I can clearly tell you this young lady clearly doesn't understand how to read customers and doesn't understand the benefits of customer service. I can spend my money anywhere and it will NEVER be in this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience with Pamela! My 6 year old son and I were shopping for appliances and Pamela was outstanding. She had knowledgeable information on top of being very accommodating to shopping with a young child. She defenitly made it a flawless experience. Great customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I are first time home buyers and neither of us owned much furniture. We went to Leon’s looking to fully furnish our home. I don’t know if it was because of our age, but we simply were not given the time of day at the PTBO location. Our representative spent the entire time texting on her phone and she seemed annoyed whenever we asked her any questions. While we continued to browse another representative came to us and told us “Oh do you know the exit is over there” and pointed to the exit. We told her we were still shopping and she said “oh, okay” and left. My husband and I left shortly after. Customer service was a complete 0/10. My husband and I ended going to Bennett’s and had the exact opposite experience with friendly and competent staff that did a great job assisting us and we purchased over 10K worth in furniture. Your loss Leon’s!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the store a few months ago and was greeted by a lovely sales associate named Taylor. She gave us time to browse alone but was also there when we had questions and seemed to have lots of knowledge on the products we were looking at. We ended up leaving and then coming back a few weeks later to look again at the sectional we saw. Again, we dealt with Taylor as she was one of the most personable sales associates we have had in a furniture store. We ended up purchasing a Decorest sectional and it had to be ordered, being quoted an approximate 6 months from ordering. It actually came much earlier than expected and we only waited about 3 months which was great, and Taylor kept us updated along the way with the estimated ship time. We got the sofa delivered last week and we are in love with it!!! (So is our dog!) thanks so much to Taylor and the Leon’s team, and we will always come back to this location for future purchase!

She is very knowledgeable in her work and we could not recommend her enough. If you're in store for new furniture this is definitely the place to go! Thanks again Taylor and Leon's!
