★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I recently shopped there for a new mattress. The very knowlegeable and likeable sales lady, Stacey, helped us pick a mattress.
By no means was she pushy or focused on trying to sell us the most expensive mattress, she really listened to what we wanted and needed. Because I have a bad back she listened and suggested a couple of beds that we narrowed down to one and made our decision. Unfortunately, we ended up with a faulty mattress - Not their fault! This is actually our life in a nutshell - we will ALWAYS end up with the bad item; this was no exception. The next day after sleeping on it for a night we called Stacey and she immediately tried to make it right by telling us they will do whatever it takes to fix this. Needless to say we returned the mattress and ended up picking our second choice. Because of the real inconvenience I asked that they throw in a pillow as they had some really nice expensive ones. Absolutely no problem! I went and picked up the pillow feeling a little bad about even asking, but I really could use another pillow. Even though Stacey would not make any money on this pillow, she spent about 30 minutes with us to make sure I picked the right pillow. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a mattress. Shop local and support our town and this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont typically give 5 star reviews as you have to be pretty perfect to deserve one.
We recently had a 5 star experience with the Airdrie Mattress Mattress store and the team of Pierre and Amanda. We went to the store in search of a new mattress and when we mentioned that we had bought our previous mattress from their Calgary store and Pierre asking pertinent questions about our previous mattress he said that he didnt want to sell us a mattress that day but instead wanted to look at the warranty of our previous mattress. He assured us that he would get Store Manager Amanda involved and work on our behalf. The short story is that we did have a warranty issue and after having all our ducks in a row (ie; original receipt, material tag and pictures of the problem, within a matter of days we got the good news that our mattress was covered by warranty and we were free to shop for a new mattress. We cant wait for our new mattress to arrive and having good sleeps again.
kudoos to the Airdrie team!!! We will recommend mattress mattress to anyone who is in the market.
