L	Lana K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there because of the good reviews. Hair ended up looking okay but choppy and not at all what I had asked for. My issue was with the service. The woman was rough, pulling my hair so much it hurt, spilling water under my clothes, just leaving me there without telling me why she left and so on. I don't know if it has to do with my younger age than the other clients but no matter your age, the service should be the same. The level or respect and consideration was very low.

The stylist wasn’t very friendly, and despite a few attempts to make conversation, didn’t speak to me for over the hour and a half that I was there. The lack of communication led to a cut and colour that not only were technically not good (I had to pay to get it fixed elsewhere 2 days later), but also didn’t fit with my lifestyle despite repeated requests for the same thing. Frustrating that I ended up spending $100 there, and then had to go spend $60 somewhere else (because I didn’t trust this salon with my hair again) to get the style corrected because it was choppy and weird.

Please if you don't have experience with that kind of colour don't do it. You ruined my hair. Sorry about that review but I have to do it.
