The staff was wonderful and considerate coming in and checking on their patient and their visitors asking if anyone needed water, tea, coffee or muffin. Thats why I gave them a five star

Also take care of you and make sure you are happy as best as you can be given the situation. Following covid-19 protocols and keeping everything clean and safe.

But the staff, nurses, PSW and Doctor were amazing to deal with, very supportive, knowledgeable and made a very difficult time in our lives less stressful. We can't thank them enough for everything they did for my mother and our family.

The people here are so kind, caring and compassionate. They not only care for the patient, but also for the families and friends who are here to say goodbye to their loved ones and who are going through their own fears and grief. It is also child friendly. All are welcome. The building itself is quiet and calm with privacy for families, meeting rooms and quiet sitting rooms. There is beautiful, soothing artwork throughout the spaces and rooms. They offer small but meaningful comforts to patients, handmade quilts, and warm bubble baths are just two examples of this. There are books to read, coffee, tea and treats for families and warm soup at every lunch. There is a small room for children to colour, sit and play. We were given cots so that our family could all spend the night together in the room. I wish more people knew about hospice and that they do not have to go through such a difficult time on their own. Being here has allowed us the needed help and care so that we can be present with our father as he gets ready to leave this world.

It had a quilted design and it was like they knew her favorite colors I was impressed with the whole facility They did covid testing every day to make sure the visitors were not positive upon entry My thanks to the staff for their support and care
