★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underfunded and desperate last resort. Cold showers and meals frequent but lack balance. The dorm gets to hot and has not enough airflow. Most staff are great and others could use more understanding. More funding should enable people to free themselves from being homeless sooner. Because of greater societal issues there's not enough affordable housing for everyone. The ropes of life may make sweat taste sweeter.
