★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well equipped facility having a physiotherapy clinic and fitness club together. They provide exercise based therapy. Massage therapy services are also available. The staff is very approachable and positive. The Fall prevention classes, Neurological conditions exercise classes, Myotraumaric brain injury exercise classes, Full body circuit workouts are led at the facility. The facility is spacious and provides a safe environment for clients to be within.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really knowledgeable professionals who were able to squeeze me in on their waiting list. I was able to receive physio for vestibular therapy. I enjoy going, the facility is clean and there's this cute little dog named Cooper who is sometimes there and likes cuddles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy my visits here. Everyone's always so welcoming. Chelsea at the entrance is always cheerful, Richard is great with my physiotherapy and Jen did a wonderful job with massage. Always a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently got into a car accident and only been in wheelchair for about 10 months now . I joined physio at active living and I’m absolutely loving it . My trainer is amazing and pushes me to be the best me I can be . All the staff are very friendly and place is very clean and professional but at the same time they are very caring and so helpful. I would not be as far and strong as I am without my trainer . I highly recommend coming here.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had hurt my back 3 separate times over the past 5 months. After the third time I decided I should probably get a diagnosis and see if I could prevent this from continuing. It was quick and easy to get an appointment scheduled and see a physiotherapist. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. The physiotherapist I saw was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The exercises that I was taught helped me recover really quickly and I have had no further issues since. I am really glad I booked this appointment and highly recommend this clinic.
