He is professional, Kind and very responsive I highly recommend dealing with him. Another individual out of that office that I would highly recommend is Brandon Timperio. I reach out to him from time to time when my representative is away and he is always very helpful and a wealth of knowledge, he never makes me feel like I'm bugging him and knows his stuff inside and out. I would Highly recommend both Cam and Brandon to anyone looking to deal with Allstate.

My first ever claim after wind storm was handled so far very well but am not happy with the mobile app as I started a claim on line the next day, 5 days later there was no response at all. Called the claim in and now I am at the bottom of the list. DON’T USE WEB SITE ALLWAYS CALL

He's always made sure I have the best coverage that works for me and has saved me a lot of money over the years! I'm truly happy with the service I've received - he's super honest and hardworking. Couldn't ask for a better person to handle my insurance. Highly recommend you give him a call for whatever you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T DO IT!!!!! Allstate has gone to a customer service call centre an is by far the worst experience you're going to ever endure in times you're going to need them the most! Even simple changes like adding a vehicle will become a hour long ordeal!
Gone are the days of the small town friendly service we used to get with Allstate!! Don't get me wrong when you call to become a new client you will get somebody local and on the phone within minutes but don't be fooled by that wonderful service initially. As soon as you become a client you are just a number and the service is by far lower than this one star rating that I'm giving them.
Even all state employees are aware of the problem and are fustrated with the way things have went but upper management and corporate doesn't care and won't listen.
Once again don't do it don't be fooled by the initial conversation you've been warned by a former All-State customer.
