★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is full of so much information even if you aren't a CAA member. But if you are a member then it's even more amazing. The staff there are so knowledgeable and willing to help. If you have an idea for a trip they will give you so much information to help make your trip even better. Maps. Information booklets filled with fun things to do. Places were you get a discount with your CAA card. We were so grateful for their help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After placing an order online, I was never notified of its arrival. When I tracked and found it was there, I spent 20 min in lineup to pick it up. Retail store and trip planning is not a good combination. People in line are getting passport photos, booking trips, insurance and everything else CAA does, so if you want a quick pickup, it won't happen unless the store is empty. There is a small shopping area, but if you're there to pick up you can't browse or you lose your place in the line. I will never order for pick up there again. Home delivery is fine but I hadn't ordered enough for free delivery. Their business model needs some updating for online shoppers

The client serve representatives are efficient and friendly. This is a great place for travel related services and merchandise. Competitive pricing, high quality products, and good perks.
