Forgot to add the full cost of trip cancel insure and tried to talk us put of getting it, didn't make sure our kids were part of Kid's Club (after telling us they were), and didn't ensure that the hotel would have a crib waiting for us, despite us telling her a few times. She seemed quite disorganized and not terribly knowledgeable.
