This agency was great very professional and super nice. They booked us the westin airport we also use them every year to stay over night and fly out the next morning as its so convenient, and we find its the best airport hotel. Were flying with transat like we do every year. We dealt with Jayne Mandic, and she is the most knoweledgeable agent we have ever used! Thanks Jayne!!!

I get that they need to make money but we did not sign the agreement that would have notified us about this second fee.

Not only did she keep trying to switch things up on me appointment and phone calls but blamed her coworker for all of it .The last straw was asking me to come in for a time and day then tried to cancel said she would return my call never did then called me at appointment time asking were I was. Ya I went to another one had it booked and taken care of in ten min. Marlin can't get there things together there is no way I would trust them with my travel plans for a quick simple trip or a big getaway

Yes I had a previous cruise booked online.The agent explained that giving me COVID travel advice does nothing for her business and then quickly ended the phone call. I am dumbfounded. This has guaranteed that I will never book with them and never recommend that anyone book with them. As someone who works in the service industry I understand the value of advice and would never treat a prospective client in such a way. I completely understand the challenges that this industry has had over the last two years but instead of working to build quality contacts they have ensured that they will never get mine or my family’s business. FYI Mary, we cruise twice a year. My in laws cruise 3 times per yr and our travel size is between 5-9 people. I’m sure that would have been no benefit to your business either.
