★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been with this clinic for almost 9 years now and unfortunately, this year they have had receptionists that are a bit on the unfriendly side. Other than that, doctors here are amazing. Wait times are decent (I dont believe walk-ins are accepted anymore though).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 and 2 yr old negative reviews need updating. As I sit here waiting to see a doc the receptionist staff are incredible. Better than most any doctors office I have been too. Will update soon-ish.
Post visit ?? - update: Amazing! Things only got better through out the entire visit. I was lucky enough to get a doctor who didnt rush me out. Took the time to hear me and even asked me my thoughts. He wanted a thorough understanding. I have never had that kind of interaction. The overall human experience was unbeatable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is always friendly. Never have to wait more than 30 mins for an appointment. Dr. Husain is an incredible doctor. Very informative and honest. He’s helped me through out my weight loss. I’m very lucky to call him my doctor. Thank you to everyone at Heritage Lane Medical Clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going to the hospital with breathing problems and chest pains and getting told I had a few hour wait due to a large number of ambulances arriving. I left the hospital and came to the clinic and was immediately pushed through to receive an injection. The staff were amazing. The doctor was very prompt. The clinic manager made sure I had everything I needed and even stopped to chat while she monitored me to make sure I was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nizam has been my doctors for about 10 years now and I could not be happier. I can get my appointment on days that work for me, and the staff always follow up when they say they will. In instances when I cannot go in, Dr. Nizam is always accessible by phone to discuss whatever issues I may be faced with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this clinic for many years. The staff are efficient, friendly, compassionate and very helpful. They have helped me through breast cancer and treatment, a broken arm, and other medical events. Dr. Lund has been amazing, even calling me at home with test results. I would highly recommend this clinic.
