β β β β β The worst customer service experience I have ever had before... Dear franchise or franchise operator please check your camera on 26th of April 4:00pm. I have been there for atleast 20 minutes and nobody asked me for my order, no hi/hello any kind of greetings..It seemed like staff didn't care at all.. The another customer with infant and little kid were waiting past 10 minutes and the new girl at counter didn't even look at them.. The frustrated customer asked that are you accepting orders? whydon't you addressing anyone here and then staff realize.. My food was ready at counter past 15 minutes and I was standing infront of them and nobody inform me that my food was ready... What kind of customer service you're providing here? Teach your staff how to work professionally.. Never visit again this place in my life...????????????

β β β β β Worst customer service. Yelled "What?!" When I ordered my combo meal. Instead of correcting my order PROFESSIONALLY, responded with rudeness. Came to the window to pay for my order and employee stared me down to intimidate me for some reason,9 maybe he was having a bad day. When giving my order no thank you for your service, no recap of my order, and also just stuck his hand out to give me my order. That action in itself, really let me know to NEVER COME BACK HERE.
Drive thru times were absolutely horrible. My car and 1 dine in customer as visible thru the windows of the restaurant WITH 0 LINEUP IN EITHER locations and it still took 30mins to get my order!!
What disrespectful staff they have! PANDA HUT EXPRESS WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS OR ANYONE I KNOW. I will always recommend BETTER restaurants with BETTER taste of food.

β β β β β The food here is mediocre. It will get you by in a pinch. But if you want better food there are other options. The Miss Saigon branding on this restaurant is also strange. We found that it was not as good as the actual Miss Saigon on Calgary Trail.

β β β β β I ordered and picked up 2 Shanghai noodles. First portion I shared with my 3 years old daughter and I found on my plate long piece of rubber band. Really? I'm happy like that was on my plate, not on her.

β β β β β Was not tasty, the only good part of our meal was the garlic broccoli. Our general tao didn't taste like general tao and smelt like fish. The rice was hard, the chili chicken was more of a indian flavour than a chili chicken. I honestly would not recommend most of what we order and would not order again. Was not worth the 90 bucks we spent.

β β β β β We always order from here I have had a few times where items have been forgotten but I have been ordering from here for a long time at least 7 years minimum. I love the food here everyone I know has loved their food. my favorite is the lemon chicken , wor wonton soup and their dry garlic ribs those are my favorites but there is plenty more that's delicious.
