I hadnβt been in since before Covid, as I was not comfortable. She seemed very irritated by that. That is why Iβm only giving this visit a 4 /5

Iris provided excellent cleaning and polishing which was appreciated after lengthy delay due to recent health restrictions.
Dr Wong completed the exam with his usual expertise and skill.
Best experience as usual-which I have received at this Clinic for many many years.

β β β β β I have been going to this place for more than 10 years. Today just got fillings done. Dr Andrew Wong is very experienced and was patient with any questions I had. The procedure went smoothly. No pain. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and clean. The receptionist is wonderful and kind. I had different hygienists every time I visited. Most of them were good. Fees for filling are a bit higher than Alberta fee guide but is acceptable based on the experience of Dr. Wong. Fees for scaling seems too high. I had 80% insurance to cover the amount up to the Fee Guide, I still paid $42 for scaling two units about a month ago. But overall experience is good.
