None the less we requested a service technician (Matt) come out to service it . Seeing there was nothing wrong with it , he didn't just stop there, he went through the entire thing and cleaned the unit . when I got home I could tell a noticeable difference and couldn't be happier with the end result . Great job Matt and thank you for caring .

Dealing with Cliff and Mike at the store was a pleasure. They are proffessional ,kind and courteous, answered all my questions and provided the solutions I were looking for. Also, have to mention the installers Ken and Vitaliy, extremely passionate about them work, professional, very responsive and knows exactly what they are doing, very detailed oriented and made adjustments where necessary. He is the ONLY one that took everything out of the box, adjusted the air intake, cleaned everything, including vacuuming the logs. Working and looking much better now. I highly recommend his service.

They diagnosed the problems for me and provided the parts needed to fix the problems. Everything is working great now. In my mind when its time to replace these old units there will be only one place I need to go to get knowledgeable expertise and great service.

We scheduled their service tech Matt to come service it recently to improve the ignition delay and fan output. Matt arrived on time, clean, professional and prepared. He got after it and explained everything we needed to know and next steps. Love the service from this place - wouldn't hesitate recommending them for their sales and service. Our unit runs significantly better now and we are very happy.

Cliff, the owner, answered the phone and gave me all the time in the world, answering questions, providing insight to his craft, and ultimately setting me up with the perfect fireplace, and all the piping etc I could need. My installer was here yesterday and found nothing lacking. Cliff also offered to buy back any extra parts we might not use in the installation. It was a wonderful experience working with Hearth Fireplace Depot, and I would highly recommend them for their customer service, knowledge, and years varying quality product they have available.

Warren and the team at Hearth Fireplace Depot helped us choose the right gas insert option for a tricky install and then made a custom surround that perfectly married old and new while keeping most of the brick visible. We are very happy with our fireplace and would happily recommend this company.
M	Mark Horneman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Supreme Fusion 18 wood burning insert from Warren at Hearth Fireplace Depot in August 2021 and I am really happy with it! I love a good project and I’m all about the details. I had a plan to hide the electric cord for the fans before the two installers even showed up. Both the installers that came out were friendly and knowledgeable. They confirmed my plan for the cord was safe and they fished the cord exactly how it wanted it. They worked hard to get the insert to fit into the original brick fireplace and were successful. The air intake vent on this unit is a smart design. It uses a bimetallic strip that closes the air intake as the fire heats up. Unfortunately, this strip got jammed and locked the air vent in the closed position making it impossible to light a fire. (Not enough air flow) I spoke with Warren, and he put an order in for a replacement part right away. The problem was obvious to me. The strip was 1mm too short, or the holes were drilled 1mm off depending how you look at it. I took the strip off and reamed the holes, put it back on and it has worked perfectly since! It has been 6 months and I’ve had over 50 fires in this insert (Yes, I keep track). It makes enough heat that my furnace won’t turn on as the heat just get circulated by running the furnace fan (Except below -25, then the furnace will help). Overall happy with the service and the product. We are planning on installing a natural gas insert in our basement in the future and we will be back.
