* Feb 28, 2022: First time at this clinic, and I am very satisfied! Dr. Kellen Smith is very professional, he checked carefully my case and did a very detailed exam. He listens to all expectations and explains what needs to be done and priorities are discussed very realistically. I appreciate his honesty, offering what is actually possible to get done and not overselling extra services, like some other dentists do. He is also very kind and easygoing. His staff is very nice as well! Sarah, his assistant, helped me out very well, she is understanding and helpful, and Jenn and another lady (sorry, don't know her name) managed by billing, insurance claim submission and next appointments in a very fast, clear and efficient way. I was very impressed in my first visit! * Apr. 11, 2022: This visit was amazing! After carefully checking my situation, Dr. Smith and his assistant Jasmin made a temporal molar crown, so well done that I had no pain at all in the procedure, and nothing after it either. I was explained and shown each detail and the whole crown was finished in one hour, so perfect that even I have a hard time identifying it among my other teeth! Dr. Smith is very careful and efficient, and Jasmin is really skillful, caring and super nice. She even called me next day to follow up on me. Thanks! * Apr. 19, 2022: Another great visit! This time, Tiffany did a complete hygiene session, incredibly painless and confortable, taking care of each detail and answering all my questions, she also gave me very useful insights for dental care. She's not only very skilled, but also welcoming and friendly, I highly recommend her! * June 2, 2022: I couldn't be more satisfied! Dr. Smith and his assistant Jasmin replaced my temporal molar crown by a permanent one and I got other two molar restorations, all this so painless and carefully done! Again, I can't tell which ones the treated teeth are due to the super natural finishing. Dr. Smith, Jasmin and the front desk ladies are super nice and professional! Jasmin also did a very careful and modern digital scanning to get my TMJ control appliance done very fast, can't wait for it!

This is an excellent dental clinic The staff are very friendly and professional. The location is convenient; especially for anyone working in and around downtown. I felt well cared for during the entirety of my visit. I highly recommend becoming a patient.

Look no further than Welcome Smile Dental for all your dental hygiene needs! From the moment you walk in you feel at ease and comfortable. I had an emergency need and Dr. Kellen Smith (who is AMAZING) came in on his day off to attend to me! I might add I was not a patient of his (I am now :), which speaks in itself! Thank you to the whole team who made my experience so wonderful and being so accommodating!

Awesome experience! Was able to add me to the cancellation list and I got in really fast. Loved how much time they took to educate me about what's happened with my teeth in the past, what's likely in the future and steps I can take to have the best teeth for as long as possible. Never had a dentist go into that much detail before, I loved it!

Dr. Smith and his team are an absolute delight! The office was clean, the girls at the front are welcoming. Most importantly Dr. Smith is patient, understanding, and willing to work with you. I went in quite nervous about fillings I needed to go done, he assured me that it was a simple procedure and really nothing to worry about. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my chest. Truly couldn’t be happier with their service! Extremely thankful to have found them and I would highly recommend :)

I moved over to Welcome Smile after changes at my previous clinic were less than satisfactory. I’ve been very happy with my experience. Hygienist Vanessa is beyond gentle, which had not previously been my experience with regular cleaning at my last clinic. Dr Cedergren is very thorough and kind during visits. The front staff are helpful and pleasant. Happy with my switch. Thanks for the great care!
