I mostly have the help from Nichole, Christina, Neerishma & Dr. Newbert between cleanings, insurance estimates, fillings, orthodontic scans, etc. & they're all so lovely, professional and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome and never rushed with any questions I have. They take really good care of their patients. I definitely recommend Crescent Heights Dental if you're looking for a new dentist office :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Crescent Heights Dental for 6 years. I am extremely pleased and happy with all of the service I have received at this office. I am in the process of having 2 dental implants put in. This process can take up to 6-12 months to do. I’ll admit I was very nervous at the beginning of the process as I’ve haven’t had anything this extensive done before.
Dr. Newbert and the dental assistants are very good at their job and they have relieved all of my fears. Dr. Newbert has always checked in with me the day after my procedures to see how I’m doing. I appreciate his care and concern for his patients. ALL of the staff have been very helpful and accommodating. My regular dental cleanings are done by Nicole. She is an EXCELLENT hygienist. Very thorough, gentle and pays attention to detail. If she has any concerns about any of your teeth she will consult with a dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been seeing Doctor Chow for a number of years and am always impressed with how clearly she explains work to be done and is ready and willing to answer questions. I recently had a crown replaced and she made sure it was perfect before putting her stamp of approval on it.
The hygienists are all precise but gentle and the reception staff are friendly and welcoming in person and on the phone. Highly recommend this dental office.

Words can't fully describe how happy I am with their business, in all aspects. Every staff member has been delightful to interact with, and they really helped me feel at ease.
Dr. Christina Chow and her assistant Natalya have fixed my smile and I can't thank them enough. They work so efficiently and always make me feel comfortable. Their level of mastery as dentists is more than 100%.
The staff at the front desk are the nicest people you will have the pleasure of scheduling with.
Plenty of parking available as well!! They also gave me a free electric toothbrush to maintain my new smile.
