★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have always been a loyal customer ; while I haven’t had to go here often it’s been my go-to as I live a few blocks away! Early in Covid I bought a box of face masks and they were charging $1 each ; 50 bucks for a box. We were in need and most places were out! This is the exact price gouging that is now being cracked down on. Very disappointed and have lost a customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in Calgary my whole life, and this is the only pharmacy I've been to where I'm not waiting around for 30 minutes for my prescription to be filled. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and the max I've waited is 5 minutes! Being completely honest, I'll probably always go to this pharmacy and I always recommend it to people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About a year and a half ago this became the only Pharmacy I will ever go to again. I was accidentally prescribed an antibiotic that isn't available anymore. I went to my usual pharmacy and when I handed over the prescription, the pharmacist basically looked at it, slid the paper back to me and went "sorry we don't have that". When I asked her how I can get it, she just told me to try somewhere else with a "not my problem" kind of attitude. I tried a couple other places with no luck and ended up at this Pharmasave as a last try before I headed home. I asked the pharmacist on duty if they had this antibiotic, she looked at the prescription and told me "this isn't available anymore. Let me call your doctor and see if they have an alternative they would like to prescribe". She called my doctors office, turns out the prescribed it by accident and gave a different drug. I was so impressed that the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me instead of turning me away like the others. From that day on I have continued to receive that same level of customer service from this place and I will never go anywhere else again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pharmacy staff. They take the time to work with you. I was newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. They took the time and patience to teach me on my illness. Tho it would be nice if they have meds refill drop off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing pharmacy. They are incredibly caring, and continuously go the extra mile. They learn your name, check-in on you, and do everything they can to help. They are always patient and kind, and take the time to explain things when needed. I have been so impressed with their service and standard of care, and would highly recommend them!
