After calling me to change my appointment to suit their hygienist better, I was dismissed with my hygiene cleaning half done because she didn't have enough time allocated to me !!
When I objected as I was traveling I was faced by the Rudest receptionist ever who insisted that I fully pay for my half done service!! So they had time to do a routine Xray, talk about weather etc but not to Do the job I paid for!!
I've written a note to the dentist to explain my lousy experience that was clearly ignored!!
I've been their patient for 12 years!!!
Find a reliable less commercially driven dental office!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual Kaela did a great job cleaning my teeth and also staying on top of what needs to be done in the way of fillings. She noticed and therefore forwarded a pic of a new “spot” (ie, requiring a filling) that should probably be prioritized, to PK. So, during the second phase of my “Bow Valley Dental Tour today” ?,… PK agreed with Kaela’s observation, was able to accommodate and, of course, completed the task efficiently.
I’m in good hands at Bow Valley Dental, … and have been for over three decades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The end of the wire for my permanent retainer became exposed after several years and was creating problems for me. I called Bow Valley dental and they saw me within an hour and resolved my problem. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

An extra star because I do like everything going on there dental-wise, as the people are friendly and seem to know what they're doing.
I have a limit to the amount of dental work insurance will cover each year, so wanted to stick within that limit. I got an exam and made a plan with the dentist for what needed to be done, so I called to get a quote for the work that we had scheduled to ensure it was covered and within budget, and fortunately, it was. The next day as I was checking out, they charged me over $500 more than what was quoted and over $400 more than what my insurance would cover, leaving me no choice but to pay it out of pocket. When I called them they said nothing could be done, and warned me that I should check what they included in their quotes in the future, as there had been a miscommunication between the front desk and the dentist. Buyer beware I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed my first visit to Bow Valley Dental. Kayla was a great hygienist to talk to and she did an amazing job with my cleaning. Also, had a checkup with Dr. Keith and he too was great to speak to. Have to say outstanding service overall from Bow Valley Dental. P.S. if they ask you to bring an appliance, this means items such as night guard or retainers, and not appliances such as a blender or toaster.
