★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summer 2017 fracing campaign with STEP Energy. Coil fracing (down coil), Eastern AB. Crew performance was very poor. Slow rig-in, equipment issues, poor crew attitude. Frac performance once operations underway was also very poor. Slow to get sand going, slow to ramp rates, slow moving between stages, bad crew attitudes.
The sales and service follow-up made the poor crew performance and attitude look like it was part of the corporate culture. Would not recommend using.
