Scheduled visits and installation dates ( and times!) were honored. The only down side was having to wait for our municipal gas inspector which delayed enjoying this beautiful fireplace for an additional week.

I have also purchased a humidifier from Alladin Air. I took it in today for it's first service in 10 years. The owner is very knowledgable. You will enjoy visiting them.
