Diamond Fireplace & Stone - Calgary

Called looking for a specific electric model, Sean looked in stock and happened to have it on hand. When we arrived he had everything ready, but we still had questions. Sean took the necessary time to expertly answer all our concerns as well as doing a comparison of other models, so we felt very comfortable with our choice. The show room was clean and operational and the purchase price was better than expected.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service furnished by Diamond Fireplace & Stone's sales consultant, Shawn Knight. I emailed a question to numerous (at least eight) Calgary fireplace companies regarding possible replacement of the gas insert that was pre-existing in my home when I purchased it. I was hoping that a new insert wouldn't obscure as much of the natural stone of my fireplace. Mr. Knight was the only respondent who honestly apprised me that my present gas insert was probably designed to cover the original wood fireplace and that it was doubtful that a new insert would allow more stone to show. None of the other responses that I received even hinted that a new gas insert might not provide my desired result. Sure enough, when Mr. Knight instructed me what to look for, I was able to see that his assumption about my existing insert was correct. Although I did not buy a new gas fireplace, I have chosen Diamond Fireplace & Stone to service my existing gas insert. Mr. Knight's honesty stood out to me amongst all Calgary fireplace companies, and I therefore strongly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing any of Diamond Fireplace & Stone's products.

Service to our trusty Fireplace was on time from a very cordial/professional and knowledgeable tech. Aaron provided needed replacement parts and information to help us maintain our fireplace for years to come. Highly recommend Diamond Fireplace and the Napoleon fireplaces they sell/service.

Wow what a breath of fresh air. Frank came over to look at our fireplace as he was in the area anyway. I should mention that we had our unit installed by a builder 10yrs ago. Our complaint was that it wasn't working for us. He was so honest and showed us some features that we weren't aware of , answered a bunch of questions. He got our unit running optimally. He came over just because he cared. What a wonderful experience. I would definitely give my business with this outfit in the future. Truly a diamond in the rough sorry. Diamond fireplace just finished rebuilding our fireplace with stone. It looks absolutely amazing. The fireplace has now become the focal point of our living room. We had no issues what-so-ever. I’d recommend this company for anyone looking to upgrade.

After calling all fireplace companies, I chose Diamond Fireplace. Shawn the sales rep was more than doing sales. He researched the technical aspects to a detail that is beyond my capacity and helped me to identify the fireplace that would fit my needs from a heat, size, cosmetic perspective. I added extra challenge to the project by involving a builder to install the fireplace in a very complex fashion. Diamond stepped to the plate agreeing to work with them and ensure I get the result I wanted. They were so experienced with the flawless install and perfect installation. The years of experience that Shawn has leaves me confident that he can design and build anything a person would envision. I wanted a couple different stones put together and they accommodated this too! They worked outside the box and scope of project to ensure I again got a wonderful result. Their installers were professional and knowledgeable. The stone installer had experience of building homes by hand with full stone installation and was a specialist in his trade. Hence my stone result was jaw dropping. Shawn followed up throughout the entire project to check in and ensure all was going smoothly. He paid fine attention to detail that I never even contemplated or predicted. He triple checked every stage of the project to ensure there were no errors. If he found any parts not done to his liking, he immediately made the necessary calls to make the corrections needed. Nothing was done substandard and I would recommend this experienced and knowledgeable company to everyone . Loved the project and result, stress free, I am beyond delighted. I didn’t imagine the end result would have been so amazing and they were the most cost effective solution of all the companies I had researched. THANK YOU !!

Went for fireplace shopping. Great showroom. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They are able to provide market trends, what to look for in a fireplace and offcourse the demo.
