★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scratch/Damaged my new vehicle; admitting the damage to me in person along with that their technicians were young and careless only to deny it while I try to recover the damage costs for repair. - I will never go back to Granville Toyota - 41st Ave Service & Parts Department!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Been taking my car here for regular maintenance since 2009 and always get the best service, Usually have Ray helping me and he is so helpful and accommodating. Last week I had problems driving my car to work and stopped by on a busy morning. Ray immediately helped me , he saw how stressed I was. Got my car fixed the same day. Thanks Ray for always being so helpful.. highly recommend Granville Toyota!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a 70 yr old woman who thought I could change my 1991 Corolla interior dome light by myself - bought a bulb here but the light still didn't work! Service Advisor Frank Cortese came out, did trouble shooting, figured out it was the fuse and $2 later my car is fixed - he wouldn't take any money for his time - I'm bringing my car here from now on!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going to Granville Toyota about a year ago and so far been there a few times. Haven't had any issues or concerns so far. Always found it easy to make an appointment on a short notice. Staff are professional and I don't find them pushy like some other dealerships where you just need an oil change and they want you to install a new engine!
