p	pom pom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ma is a very excellent doctor. I have never meet a ortho that is so caring, nice and patient. I never felt rushed during the appointments. From my experience he is not a dentist that cares about money and not care about the patients. That is a huge part of what I look for in a dentist. The receptionist is very kind too. She always helped me with my insurance and was very patient when I have questions.

Better quality service is offered here as opposed to what I have heard from friends at other orthodontists. Had no issue with the braces for the entirety of my braces-period. The kind and welcoming staff are a bonus.

Dr. Ma was very attentive, remembering details that I had mentioned in an appointment a month ago. He worked on my teeth until I was satisfied, although they would have been considered straight months before.
L	Lila Chand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Original I didn't want to make a review but after seeing other people's review, I have the courage. My daughters just got their new braces here. The doctor is nice and the staff are nice too. I only have to complain about how the front desk dresses which is not professional. Like how the other person said a lot of offices workers all wear scrubs, but not this office. Also the office location is very inconvenient. My daughter other doctors and dentists office are either in Burnaby in a mall or in Richmond in a mall which makes waiting time a lot faster to pass. Waiting in dr. Ma office is very boring. They don't have any windows so I'm just staring at the walls. The wall colour is also very dark which is not very pleasant to look at. I somewhat agree with the last post about feeling being locked in jail. I would be very happy if they moved somewhere with more windows or brighter painted walls. Even if they move inside a mall a lot of patients will be happy since they can spend waiting time shopping.

Most importantly, he is very professional and helpful in making my teeth look better and healthier. I was hesitant to start this long process at first but it turns out so worthy. I’m now super confident when talking and smiling to people. It’s never too late to make yourself better!

He has been very effective and very thorough in his work, and as a result of it, my teeth looks better than it was before. Other family members of mine have even chosen Dr. Ma to fix their's as well. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get their's done because he and his team have not only recaptured a beautiful smile, but have also made my journey much more enjoyable.
